1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are permitted ONLY in the following cases:

Wrong transaction

Service not delivered due to technical issues
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund not applicable if:

Training session has already been attended
-
Digital content has been delivered
-
User changes their mind after purchase
-
User provides incomplete information

Slot/session booked but user does not join
3. Cancellation Policy

Session can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment (only if training not started).

Once training or preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through Razorpay or original payment mode.
