Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are permitted ONLY in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Wrong transaction

  • Service not delivered due to technical issues

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund not applicable if:

  • Training session has already been attended

  • Digital content has been delivered

  • User changes their mind after purchase

  • User provides incomplete information

  • Slot/session booked but user does not join

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Session can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment (only if training not started).

  • Once training or preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through Razorpay or original payment mode.
